Refund policy
It's your prerogative to change your mind!
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or a proof of purchase.
We do not refund shipping and handling fees included in your purchase. Returns shipped are done so at the customer's expense. The Royal Paddock is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
To request a refund, please ship the item back to us with your receipt.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item; so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food and beverage items), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items/orders.
