Refund policy

It's your prerogative to change your mind!

If you're not happy with your purchase The Royal Paddock will provide a store credit. You have until November 13, 2022, to request your store credit. 

To be eligible for a credit, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or a proof of purchase.

We do not refund you on any shipping and handling fees included in your purchase. Returns shipped are done so at the customer's expense. The Royal Paddock is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. 

To request a credit, you can either ship the item back to us with your receipt or come into The Royal Paddock shop at The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair located at Enercare Centre, Exhibition Place Toronto. Please note it is required that you have a general admission ticket to enter the grounds. 

We do not offer refunds or price adjustments. You can always contact our customer service team with any questions or concerns at paddock@royalfair.org.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item; so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food and beverage items), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items/orders. 

The Royal Paddock reserves the right to refuse transactions.
