How does store pickup work?
We offer free order pickups at The Royal Paddock shop located at 39 Manitoba Dr, Toronto, ON M6K 3C3.
Note: To be eligible for store pickup, you must have a general admission ticket to The Royal Fair.
Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID when you collect your order. You will be assisted by a Royal Paddock shop attendant. You may collect your order any time within our shop operating hours.
Pickup is available Sunday-Monday (9:00AM-6:00PM), Tuesday-Saturday (9:00AM-9:00PM).
Where do you ship to?
We ship all over Canada, the United States, and internationally.
International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, and additional duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 5-10 business days from the original date of purchase upon product availability.

How can I check the status of my order?
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link.
